Q)  I need my order urgently.
A)  Normally a correctly  redeemed  purchase will take 3-4 weeks to deliver. Due to the large volume of sales we are unable to promise everyone early postage. However we have put on extra staff and will endeavor to get your purchase to you before your request.

Q)  I’ve purchased more than 1 voucher but only received 1 voucher?
A)  Please check that you are looking at the attachment (often a PDF) that the Deal Provider has sent  and not your Tax Invoice. The Tax Invoice is a different number and NOT your voucher. If you still can not locate it, please contact the deal provider for your vouchers.

Q)  I’ve purchased more than 1 voucher, Do I need to complete a redemption form for each purchase ?
A)  You can either complete one form per voucher  or  use one form for all voucher  numbers (just increase the qty). You must ensure all  (different) numbers are included on the form separated by a comma (,).

Q)  How do I redeem my purchase ?
A)  After you have made your purchase the Deal provider should email you your voucher(s). Please read these carefully as they contain the information you require to  redeem  your purchase. This will include the email address   you need to email to, to get the automated email instructions and the procedures to follow.  Please be patient as often these websites get very  busy and might require you to try more than once and/or wait a while before attempting again.

Q)  I still can not redeem online ?
A)  If you are still unable to redeem online, please follow the email instructions and provide us with your details so that we can process your order manually. We will send you a confirmation email once this is done, within 48 hours.

Q)  I’ve redeemed my vouchers but nothing was mentioned of the free gift.
A)  Our  system will automatically recognise the relevant successful redemption and allocate the appropriate bonus gift.

Q)  What address will my purchases be sent to?
A)  At the time of Voucher Redemption you will be asked for your details. This is the address  our system will use and not your PayPal or other address.

Q)  Where do I send my Photo for my tote/sling bag?
A)  All you need to do is email us your photo along with your name as reference. If your photo file is too big to email, you can use the free service of www.yousendit.com It is recommended that photos are at least 300dpi and a high resolution file. Email: admin@bellefever.com.au

Q)  Do I have a tracking Number?
A)  All orders are sent with normal post, so no tracking number is provided. If you require a tracking number, you can add that option when ordering.

We are currently receiving over 1000 emails per day, and most can be answered above. We are trying very hard to get your orders out fast however it is making it difficult when we have to allocate packing staff to respond to emails, when they could be packing your order and so it gets to you sooner :)
