Note: The easiest way to redeem your deal site voucher is to go to our Online Live Customer Service Chat available between 1pm-8:30pm, your order will be taken on the spot, just like you if are walking into a physical traditional shop. However here is how to do it video if you are unable to go onto our Live Customer Service Chat.

Adding Products

1. Go to "Redeem Deal Vouchers" Category. All the products in this category have the price adjusted to zero for the purpose of Deal Site Vouchers redemption.
2. Click "Choose Options" for the item that you wish to purchase.
3. Complete all options including "ENTER your Dealsite Voucher Code" & "Which Dealsite you made your purchase from".
4. Regarding "Postage", most products on daily deal sites come with "Free Standard Shipping" which means Standard Postage (No Tracking) is given as "Free Shipping"
5. IF you want to upgrade your postage with Tracking THEN simply choose either "Registered Post" or "Express Post" (Additional charges apply as per Australia Post Pricing no profit margin added) <- Highly Recommended
6. Once you have completed all options, Now ADD to your "cart" (You will see your Shopping Cart Summary)
7. Coupon Code Box is now displayed above the order summary. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THAT BOX. DO NOT TRY TO PUT YOUR DEALSITE VOUCHER CODE
8. Click "Proceed to Checkout"
9. Choose Bank Transfer as payment method BUT you do not need to make any payment if you have a deal site voucher.
10. Our Staff will mark as AWAITING FULFILMENT which is in progress once your voucher code is verified with relevant deal site.

Complete Registration Details

1. Please complete all registration information required then proceed.
2. Under "Step 4: Order Confirmation" Please ignore "Redeem a Gift Certificate or Coupon" as you already have completed the Coupon Code step when you did the "Adding Product" step.
3. Put any comments that you may think we need to know.
4. Tick the "I'd like to receive your newsletter" to receive our special offers (We frequently send SPECIAL VOUCHERS to our customer database to get any of our products at incredible prices such as valentines day, easter, summer, winter or xmas special prices).
5. Click CONTINUE

Note:

• IF you choose any option that incurr additional charge such as extra characters on necklace or postage with tracking etc, then you will be presented with our bank account details to make the additional payment.
• You can always go to "Order Status" at the top of the page to view your ORDER NUMBER & STATUS.
