Our Guarantee:

  1. BelleFever.com.au guarantees that all customers will receive the items they ordered and have paid for
  2. BelleFever.com.au will investigate any case of missing items with Auustralia Post and we also suggest that you speak to your local Australia Post

Note:

  • Postage delay always occurs, especially during christmas time by the Post System
  • We DO NOT enjoy keeping customer orders for too long, we have our own internal policy where all orders must be out of our door by a certain timeframe.
  • All items are checked for any defects before sending, therefore if items arrive broken then it must be during transit.
  • Photos of defective items are required to be sent to admin@bellefever.com.au, the photos will also be used for our production team to improve where we can.
  • We will do our best to resolve any issues regarding missing postage or items arriving broken or defected as a result of damage during transit.

Returns / Replacement Policy

  1. You must return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a replacement (you received an incorrect or defective item such as a broken chain on arrival, etc.).
  2. You should expect to receive your replacement within four to six weeks of returning your item to us, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned item (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to reproduce the item (5 to 10 business days).

Refunds Policy

  1. All items puchased direct from our website are eligible for a refund. Refund Amount = Total Amount Paid minus any Bank Transaction Fees such as Credit Card Transaction Fess minus Postage Fees.
  2. All items purchased through a third party such as deal site are not eligible for a refund.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the item.

Why items purchased through a deal site are not eligible for a refund

  1. Because we did not take any payment directly from customers.
  2. Refund policy by the deal site will apply to this type of transaction.
  3. You have agreed to the terms and conditions of the purchase which may differ from each daily deal website.
  4. IF in any given case, Australian Consumer Affairs or Department of Fair Trading or CTTT The Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal rules that a refund is to be awarded to the customer then a Fair Refund Amount will be calculated as follows:
    Refund Amount = Total Amount Paid minus Net Amount BelleFever.com.au received from Daily Deal Site - Postage Cost

Shipping/Postage

Most products come with free standrd shipping/postage which DOES NOT include tracking. Postage with TRACKING is available at additional cost.

For example:

  1. AU POST Registered Post cost $3.05 (Smallest Size, bigger sizes may attaract higher costs)
  2. AU POST Express Post cost $5.05 (Smallest Size, bigger sizes may attaract higher costs)

Note: We DO NOT profit from POSTAGE COST - All the above charges are what the AU POST charge customers at the counter.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world with additional fees. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, Belle Fever will not be held liable for any postage issues.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on it's detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.
