I understand that if the design layout service is selected, depending on the designers queue and approval of the design by the customer, the order may require more time.
I understand that exchange/refunds will only be given to orders that are faulty and not due to change of mind. Unpersonalised orders that are unworn can be returned within 7 days of receiving, with a full store credit or the same payment method used (please note there is a 2% transaction fee for credit/debit cards).
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that packages are packed safely and are not damaged or lost in transit upon return to us. Due to the nature of personalised orders, they are not eligible for refunds. If your personalised order is faulty please contact us before hand so we can assist you in getting that rectified.
